Research topics

During my Ph.D (2018 – 2021), I worked on the concept of data lakes which was just emerging in the academia. I contribute to enhance the global knowledge on how it works and how it can serve for decision support. I mainly focus on data lakes efficient metadata management, a key challenge while building a data lake.

Since 2022, I started working on data related to human health. My researches focus on patients data querying with temporal patterns (For example, find a patient who went 3 to 5 times at a emergency service within a month). This is known as temporal computational phenotyping. To address this topic, I use technics related to web semantic and Graph Data bases.
